Haiti Fundraising

Sewanee Community, here is the most recent update on what all you can do to help out the relief efforts for the Haiti Earthquake. 

There are many experienced agencies on the ground that need monetary support. There are several places that you can go and donate:

Those wishing to make a donation in conjunction with the Sewanee Tet Ansanm:

1. send a check with the memo line 'Haiti Earthquake' made out to:

Sewanee Outreach

2. Go to http://givetosewanee.com to enter your credit card information and write 'Outreach Program in Haiti' in the comments field.

 
There is also going to be fund raising events throughout the semester, and the kick off event is called Soiree for Haiti. 

What: Soiree for Haiti- Delicious Haitian food, variety show, and concert featuring local acts

When: Friday, January 22  from 6pm- 2am

Where: Lower Cravens, Sewanee TN

Price: $15, all of which will go directly towards to Partners in Health, Episcopal Relief and Development, and Sewanee Outreach who will travel to Haiti in March
